Like our Original BBQ sauce, the Sweet Chili Sauce recipe is versatile and can be used for a variety of different reasons. Use it as a BBQ sauce on Chicken, pork, vegetables and seafood, especially well on cedar planked salmon. It’s the perfect compliment for chicken fingers, seafood sticks, french fries etc. Also works well as a condiment, fondue dip, stir fry sauce or glaze. It's also a great alternative to ketchup!

Cattle Boyz Sweet Chili is not like other BBQ sauces currently sold in the market. We combine the following ingredients to create a distinctive flavour:

• Sugar and/or glucose fructose, water, chili, vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, honey, hydrolized soy proteins, garlic, spices, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulphite.
